We took Elijah to the beach this morning. He wasn't all that impressed, but tolerated it. It must have worn him out because he then slept for 2 1/2 hours, and then another 3 1/2 hours right after lunch. It's lovely to be close to the beach, especially when the temperature is above 40 degrees!

I think it must be mighty nice to have a beach right by your house. I am sure Elijah will learn to love it before long. He has a sweet swimsuit! You can't beat a beach when it is 40C outside. Around here, I can't remember the last time I saw 40F, so send some of that heat my way.
