We don't have a couch yet, so we decided that the mattress we had out when visitors were staying can remain as our makeshift couch for a while. It's become routine after dinner for Elijah to lie down and read books. He loves being tucked under the doona all nice and warm and being read to, or just reading to himself. (Usually he just eats the books though.)

Grandpa would love to lie down with you after dinner and read together! We'll have to try that in a month when you and Mum come visit. We can't wait to see you!!
